Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the Management to develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns that align with the restaurant and bar’s goals.
- Identify target markets and customer segments to tailor marketing efforts.
- Brand Promotion (Advertising & Promotions):
- Develop and maintain the brand’s image and reputation through consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
- Design and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and digital content. (Canva, Photoshop etc)
- Digital Marketing:
- Manage and grow the Restaurant and Bar’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Xiao Hong Shu, Lemon8 etc.).
- Create engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, to promote specials, events, and news.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social media platforms and review sites.
- Event Coordination:
- Plan, coordinate, and promote events (e.g., themed nights, whisky/red wine pairing events, tastings) to attract customers.
- Work with local influencers, bloggers, a media to maximize event exposure.
- Advertising and Promotions:
- Develop and implement special promotions and offers to drive sales during peak and off-peak times.
- Work with external partners (e.g., food delivery services, tourism boards) for joint marketing efforts.
- Work with Mall Management for marketing activities and promotions.
- Customer Engagement:
- Implement loyalty programs and other customer retention strategies.
- Analyze customer data to understand preferences and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Adjust marketing strategies based on research findings to stay competitive.
- Performance Analysis:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and POS data.
- Make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and deliver a positive return on investment.
- Negotiate with vendors for advertising space, promotional materials, and other marketing services.
