Job Description
- Execute all sales activities starting from preparing quotations for customer and follow up on sales order and ensuring timely delivery of the goods from factory and timely shipping and invoicing to customers.
- Attend to all incoming phone calls and handle customers’ request.
- Maintain good customer business relationship.
- Liaising and Co-ordinating with internal department and external parties.
- Handle feedback from customer and resolve complaints
- Coordinate with other departments and ensure customer’s order are processed efficiently
- Archive and sort documents and data in physical and electronic form
- Undertake other ad-hoc assignments and duties
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Business Admin/ Engineering
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good team player and Positive attitude
- Able to work independently
