Duties and Responsibilities
You will perform all acts, duties and obligations as may be designated by the Company. The nature of these tasks will be typical for those of a financial services company, including but not limited to:
- Source, assess, structure and execute private markets transactions incl. due diligence work, financial modelling and related administrative tasks.
- Regularly monitor, track and assess private markets portfolio transactions.
- Prepare internal and external transaction related documents.
- Support the development of the private markets team with the aim to improve and adjust processes.
- Support the acquisition and management ofclients for the Company.
- Market the Company, its services and private market transactions to clients and potential clients.
- Help administer the clients’ as well as Company matters.
- Maintain high client satisfaction when performing your tasks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or other related financial services role.
- Strong interest in private equity, venture capital, growth equity, and M&A.
- Experience writing long-form research a plus.
- Critical thinker
- Demonstrable analytical capabilities, including strong quantitative/modeling skills.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
