Human Resource Information System Manager

Responsibilities:


Global HR System Maintenance and Support:

  • Manage our external support vendor and ensure daily operations of HR (Workday) and Payroll/Time systems across the globe
  • Leading 6 monthly release management

HR ticketing System Administration:

  • Be the overall Administrator and owner of our HR ticketing system on ServiceNow.

Annual Cycles (Merit/Bonus/Promotion and Performance)

  • Lead and support critical annual cycles in Workday by partnering with Global Compensation and Talent team.

System Integration:

  • Oversee the integration of various HR systems (e.g., Payroll, Time, AD etc.) with Workday to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Partner with IT and other stakeholders to streamline workflows.

Data Analytics and Reporting:

  • Leverage data analytics to derive insights and drive informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain standardized HR metrics and dashboards.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

Vendor Management:

  • Collaborate with vendors and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure service level agreements are met.

Security and Compliance:

  • Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive HR data.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Employee Experience:

  • Enhance self-service capabilities for employees and managers.
  • Champion user-friendly interfaces and mobile accessibility

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • At least 8 years of experience in Managing/Consulting Cloud based HR Systems.
  • Proficiency in the following Workday HCM modules - Core HR, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Absence. (Time and Attendance, Recruitment desirable)
  • Hands-on configuration capability and technical understanding essential.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow desirable
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
