Job Description
- Responsible for full set of accounts for the company.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting schedules.
- Handle intercompany billings.
- Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Input and process daily bank transactions.
- Handle petty cash claims.
- Review and input staff claims.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and intercompany confirmations.
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
- Prepare GST submission.
- Prepare required schedules/reports for yearly audit and tax purposes.
- Liaise with auditors and respond to queries.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of Group Consolidation reports.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the company.
