STOREFRIENDLY is one of Singapore's leading provider of self-storage solutions and the only provider in Singapore that has incorporated the usage of robotic self-storage technology. Our clients are mainly businesses and individuals who require clean, safe, climate-controlled and 24/7 access self-storage.
The Group expanded rapidly since its inception in 2019 and now has branches in Paya Lebar, Ubi, Bedok, Bukit Merah, Leng Kee and Clementi. To complement its suite of self-storage solutions, the Group also added moving services, wine self-storage and co-working spaces to our product offerings for customers.
The Group recently acquired its 5th building, Storefriendly Jurong East, which will soft launch next month. Therefore the Group is now recruiting more motivated, dynamic and friendly men and women to join the Team to support its expansion initiatives:
SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE
THE JOB:
- Strategise, develop, and execute social media strategies and calendar
- Engage customers and audience on platforms including FB, IG, and GMB
- Identify and cultivate customer-influencers to amplify brand visibility
- Coordinate and oversee community/media events and exhibitions
- Collaborate on the email marketing strategy with the Sales and/or Operations teams
- Support and participate in the Group’s other marketing activities and administration
THE APPLICANT:
Education and Experience:
1. Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
2. At least 2 years of proven experience in a marketing, social media, or community engagement role
Advantageous Skills and Attributes:
3. Track record in email marketing, including managing campaigns and automations.
4. Able to manage and work with influencers
5. Experience in planning and executing community or media events and exhibitions
6. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
7. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
8. Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
9. Enthusiastic about community engagement and customer relationship building
