Job Requirements:
- Assist all Engineering Department personnel with admin support.
- Assist submission on technical clarifications and method statements.
- Assist to coordinate with vendors/sub-contractors.
- Coordinate with project coordination team members, vendors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with document controller on design deliverables transaction to ensure smooth flow of documents.
- Coordination and communication between HQ and Site Office.
- Administrative duties for construction industry company.

- WP renewals
- Quotations and Invoicing
- Project claims
- PA to Director
- Liaising with Suppliers/ Subcontractors (Able to communicate mandarin and english)
- Data Entry - Bills and petty cash
- Assisting in Operations Scheduling.
- Autocad (optional)
• Minimum Diploma in Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in construction industry.
• Able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to commence work immediately or short notice.
