Junior Relationship Manager

Job Description

  • Provide support to the Senior Relationship Managers (RMs) to enable them to optimize the potential value of client relationships, improve client engagement and deliver needs-based solutions and fair outcomes for customers.
  • Enable proactive client management by attending client meetings with RMs as necessary, and acting as the first point of contact for customers on daily maintenance of account relationships, including investment account onboarding and provide asset advice.
  • Working closely with senior RMs, product specialists and subject matter experts across the bank to structure customized solutions that meet clients' unique needs.
  • Prepare appropriate analysis, proposals and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Ensures that we are in compliance with regulatory requirements and E.SUN’s policies / guidelines at all time.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the Bank’s reputation and safeguarding E.SUN Bank, its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • Any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements

  • University Bachelor/ Master degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economic that is recognized in locally
  • Candidates who possess CACS Certifications 1 & 2 is preferred.
  • Candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in wealth planning in the banking industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual candidate is preferred as successful candidate is required to communicate with customers and prepare email correspondence and periodic reports in different languages for overseas branches and HQ in Taiwan.
  • Resourceful, results-oriented and sales driven with strong business development acumen.
  • Proven track record with good clientele base in Hong Kong, Vietnam and Malaysia is a plus.
  • Positive mind-set with "can-do" attitude, willingness to go extra miles for providing sound advice and effective services to clients
  • Demonstrates professionalism by being reliable, actively contributing in meetings, asking questions and challenging ideas.
