Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist at retail stores to support with the full end-to-end servicing of Loan applications and guide customer with enhanced servicing (during peak periods). This includes
- To respond to student queries on Loans and advise them on the necessary information required for a completed application that can be submitted to Card Operation for processing
- To follow up with call-back to students who have pending documents to submit their information
- To sight original NRIC and verify customer’s signature on the applications/documents before submission to Card Operation
- To certify true copy their Proof of Address
2. Assist Product Managers (PM) in the day-to-day management of unsecured lending products e.g. campaign management, rewards fulfilment, monitoring of acquisition performance
- Execute and manage marketing campaigns including end-to-end fulfilment and post-campaign analysis to drive unsecured lending products take-up
- Support deviation approvals with checking on customer details on late fees and charges to verify accuracy of information from our loan system before submitting to PM with recommendation.
- Provide regulatory business reports tracking for product and campaign performance
- Prepare and manage invoices for submission and payments to vendors
3. Other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Salary:
- Up to $3,300
Period:
- 12 months contract, renewable based on performance
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree
- Relevant experience in Banking, Finance or equivalent
