B2B Business Analyst - Contract

Zenith Infotech (S) is a Tech Recruitment firm, faithfully supporing our clients since 1997. We support placement of ICT Consultants to our supportive clients from the government entities as well as corporate players.


Currenlty, we are assisting one of our reputable clients to lookout for B2B Business Analyst whom has adequte experience in "Configure, Price, Quote" (CPQ) and "Business Support System" (BSS functions.

Responsibilities:

Client Management: Lead and facilitate workshops with 30 to 40 client stakeholdersto gather requirements, discuss solutions, and drive consensus

Order Management Expertise: Utilize your familiarity with Telco B2B Order Management processes to ensure accurate and efficient handling of orders

Program Collaboration: Work on large-scale programs, collaborating effectively with various internal teams (e.g., development, operations, and support) and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Proactive Ownership: Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering solutions.

Documentation & Analysis: Prepare detailed business requirements documents, process flows, and functional specifications. Analyze and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing expectations and ensuring clear, consistent communication.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices


Qualifications:

1. Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the telecommunications industry, with a strong background in B2B BSS solutions and order management processes.


2. Client Management: Excellent client management skills with experience leading workshops involving large groups of stakeholders.


3. Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external teams in a large-scale program environment.


4. Proactive Attitude: A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for project success.


5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.


6. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to various audiences.


7. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.


8. Relevant certifications are a plus.
