Customer Care Officer

The Customer Care Officer plays a critical role in serving as an interface between our customers and the Company.  A five-day work week, officers are expected to consistently deliver excellent quality service to customers to achieve customer satisfaction.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond and follow up on customers’ queries and feedback professionally and promptly via telephone calls, email, letters and/or in person
  • Man the hotline, which is in operation 365 days a year, when rostered
  • Prepare reports for audit trails
  • Work on some weekends when rostered
  • Participate in incident response to extend care and concern to customers who are hurt
  • Rostered weekly approximately once every two months for incident response duty on a standby basis


Requirements

  • Minimum GCE’O’ Level with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong command of English with strong writing abilities
  • Proficient in MS Word
  • Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Work on weekends and/or PH when necessary
  • Able to commit to rotating shift work (5-day rostered work week, 2 shifts - 7.30am to 5.00pm or 10.30am to 8.00pm. If working either on Sat or Sun (not both) or public holidays, working hours will be 7.30am to 8.00pm. Off days will be on weekdays if working on weekend.)
