Human Resource Officer, Payroll

Responsibilities

  • Processing of end to end payroll and handle payroll related matters
  • Maintain and ensure that relevant HR files, employee records and Systems are updated
  • Processing of Government Paid Maternity Leave / Paternity Leave / Shared Parental Leave / Childcare Leave
  • Processing of NS claim
  • Answering queries relating to Payrolls matters
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Diploma with 2 years of payroll experience
  • Conversant with statutory payroll regulations
  • Meticulous and systematic
  • Able to work independently
  • Those who are familiar with the SAP payroll system will have an added advantage
  • Preferred IHRP certified
