Responsibilities
- Processing of end to end payroll and handle payroll related matters
- Maintain and ensure that relevant HR files, employee records and Systems are updated
- Processing of Government Paid Maternity Leave / Paternity Leave / Shared Parental Leave / Childcare Leave
- Processing of NS claim
- Answering queries relating to Payrolls matters
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma with 2 years of payroll experience
- Conversant with statutory payroll regulations
- Meticulous and systematic
- Able to work independently
- Those who are familiar with the SAP payroll system will have an added advantage
- Preferred IHRP certified
