Metizoft, a Norwegian owned company with a vision to making the maritime industry Greener and a more Sustainable environment, is seeking a highly motivated HR & Admin Executive to join our team. The HR & Admin Executive role in the organization is to deliver efficient HR & administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. This role involves working closely with the various departments, handling various tasks which are necessary for daily and audit purposes and to streamline their work and communications. It supports the growth and expansion of the company, and all business processes to run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with the Company’s objectives.


The candidate shall report to the Head of Finance & Admin and is expected to:


  • Provide administrative support to various departments and management, such as looking after the office matters, arranging for travelling for the management, company's and employees' insurance, maintain and organise paperwork
  • Source and negotiate with vendors for office maintenance, flights, accommodation, etc
  • Purchase of stationery, office and pantry supplies
  • Keep track of office assets, monthly office expenses and verification of supplier invoices
  • General HR operation tasks, including employee's confirmation and other HR processes
  • Coordination and preparation for staff training
  • Support recruitment, reviewing and shortlisting of resumes, interview arrangements etc.
  • Support in applying EP and S-Pass and WP for foreign workers
  • Onboarding administration including setting up email accounts, IT equipment/softwares and work desk arrangement
  • Support in implementing and improving HR policies and programmes

Who we are looking for:

  • A candidate who holds a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Has a minimum of 3 years working experience in Human Resource and Administriative activities
  • A strong team player with good communication and administrative skills, at the same time being meticulous
  • Has a systematic and organised approach to work
  • Possesses a "Can-Do" attitude and has a proactive approach towards work
  • Able to communicate (verbal/written) soundly in English is a must. Candidates with literacy skill of other languages will be highly regarded
  • Possess excellent PC literacy, especially in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. Having experience with CRM software will be advantageous.
