Our client is one of the leading companies in providing complex engineering solutions. Currently, our client is seeking for HR Executive (mainly focusing in talent acquisition activities) to be part of the team.
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including reviewing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, extending job offers, and overseeing the onboarding of new hires.
- Collaborate with relevant departments and hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Evaluate recruitment channels by comparing rates, services, and terms & conditions.
- Handle work pass applications and coordinate with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on related matters.
- Establish relationships with educational institutions and manage internship, traineeship, and scholarship programs.
- Analyse HR data and conduct salary benchmarking.
- Prepare monthly HR initiative reports for management review.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
REQUIREMENT
- Able to work under fast-paced working environment
- Experience in recruitment within in-house or agency settings preferably, capable of handling high volumes of candidates’ placements.
