Job Purpose
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, and filing paperwork.
- Follow-up with customers to collect outstanding payments on a monthly basis.
- Performing daily bank reconciliation and complete month-end closing.
- Analyze figures, postings and documents to maintain accounting program accuracy.
- Validate and record invoices, resolve discrepancies with vendors.
- Manage full set of accounts including AP/AR/ GL functions.
- Perform month-end reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting.
- Attend to & resolve any discrepancies/ issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Preparation for GST submission.
Requirements
- Min 2 years of accounting experience.
- LCCI in Accountancy/ CAT qualification or its equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Organized, meticulous and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
