- Develop clear understanding of business/ function needs and objectives, analyse trends and metrics to provide effective HR solutions to the stakeholders.
- Participate in leadership meetings and provide inputs in the development of business plans and initiatives
- Talent Acquisition and Talent Management duties for the assigned BU.
- Partner with the HR shared services team to deliver a full spectrum of HR services
- Provide advice and guidance to Line Management on performance management related matters, resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Monitor and report on manpower and succession plans.
- Align and achieve synergies with other HR teams in processes related to performance appraisal exercises, mass salary reviews and bonus exercises, recognition and developmental awards’ nominations and budget exercises.
- Partner with upper management to develop and strengthen the managerial and leadership capabilities and succession pipelines of the organization
Requirements
- Degree in HR or equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant working experience as a HR Business Partner or similar capacity
- Good working knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills with the ability to analyse and present information in a clear and concise manner.
- Takes initiative and is able to work independently while also being an effective team player
