As we continue to grow across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, we are seeking a highly skilled APAC Payroll Specialist to manage payroll for our diverse and expanding workforce.
Job Description
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for employees across several APAC countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Utilize SAP for payroll processing, ensuring seamless integration with other HR and finance systems.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries, issues, and escalations, providing effective solutions and maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and external payroll vendors to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records, reports, and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
- Drive process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy, efficiency, and compliance, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations and statutory requirements across the APAC region, ensuring timely implementation of necessary changes.
- Potential to expand payroll management responsibilities to additional countries as the company continues its growth in the region.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in managing payroll across multiple APAC countries, with a strong understanding of regional payroll regulations and practices.
- Expertise in SAP payroll systems, with the ability to optimize and streamline payroll processes.
- Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices in payroll operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
