Description:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Handling complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Coordination between clients and MA and staff for appointments
  • Routine document filing.

Requirement:

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • 2 years experience
