Job Description
- Assist in maintaining the developer assigning building facilities on timely - servicing, inspection, equipment re-certification, etc
- Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors for maintenance works
- Conduct daily facility inspections to ensure all preventive maintenance works are completed and identify any defects if any.
- Determine and analyze the cause of defects, breakdowns, and faults & provide suggestions to prevent any future occurrences.
- Populate and ensure monthly reports are accurately maintained.
- Follow all regulations and safety procedures.
- Plan, schedule, and follow up on outstanding defects works
- Attend to complaints and troubleshoot faults.
- Daily opening and closing check
- Compile and maintain service reports, Licenses / Certificates on site.
- Prepare and submit Certificate of Completion for Maintenance Works and Services monthly, and prepare monthly claims.
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma from a recognized tertiary establishment in Facility
- Management / Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Services
- Project Management skills
- Resourceful, team player, and able to work independently
- 5.5 days work week
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Starting to work immediately will be an advantage
