Job Description:
- To provide secretarial/administrative duties and personal assistance to the retired Chairman.
- Arrange/coordinate business meetings and personal appointments.
- Draft and prepare letters, correspondences, reports and materials, including paralegal content. [Paralegal experience a definite advantage]
- Perform office duties and general administrative support.
- Maintain a systematic filing system, records and safekeeping of different kinds of documents.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of active Management officers, staff, business partners and external parties.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments and related duties as and when required.
