Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with various supply chain departments on daily operational matters.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure delivery arrangements meet customer requests.
- Review MRP and material demand to support the production schedule.
- Monitor inventory, review PO backlog, and generate daily receiving lists for the warehouse.
- Plan, control, and trigger material movement with 3PL.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to support plant operations and customer shipment demands.
- Analyze and closely monitor excess and obsolete inventory.
- Manage forecast accuracy and review safety stock requirements.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
- Ensure planning activities and procedures comply with ISO 14001/9001 standards.
Perform any other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any field with at least 2 years of experience.
- SAP planning experience is an added advantage.
- Experience in material planning in related field
