* Possess good technical skills in Residential Interior Detail Drawings (AutoCAD , Sketchup, Photoshop).
* Posses good design flair and attention to detail with a positive attitude
* Able to effectively draft 2D, 3D and detailed drawings
* Preferred to understand designing concepts for both residential and commercial.
* Take on-site measurements and all relevant photos for planning and conceptualising.
* Rectify and update latest drawing accordance to changes
* Ensure dimensions and materials used are accurate and fully functional.
* To work diligently to deliver services and complete projects to clients timely and professionally.
* Able to work independently .
* Good understanding of design .
