Job Scope:
Order Operations and Documentation:
- Manage customer orders, liaising with customers via phone, WhatsApp, etc.
- Coordinate incoming goods and deliveries, route planning, etc.
Manage inventory.
Accounts & Admin Tasks:
- Handle accounting functions such as recording payments, generating statements, etc., using software like QuickBooks and Xero.
- Prepare full sets of accounts and financial statements.
- Perform admin tasks such as organizing and filing documents.
- Handle any other ad-hoc admin tasks as needed.
E-Commerce:
- Manage e-commerce store operations, including managing and packing orders, managing listings, running campaigns, and managing chats.
- Experience in copywriting is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel for performing calculations.
- Good written English for emails is necessary, as well as good spoken
- Chinese and English to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers.
- Requirements:Committed, responsible, and meticulous.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Working hours: 5 days a week.
- Position open to Singaporeans (at least a Diploma graduate)
