Job Description
- Assisting Restaurant Managers
- Responsible for restaurant's business performance with restaurant manager
- Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus.
- Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service. Tend to special Guest needs and requests
- Help dining room staff by setting and clearing tables; replenishing water; serving beverages
- Issue dining charges by verifying orders; calculating taxes; totaling bill for to-go orders
- Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions.
- Skills reservations scheduling
- Ensure grooming meets company standards
- Maintained constant communication between management and all other employees to provide smooth operations in an extreme high volume environment.
- Maintain an excellent service standard at all times & uphold
- Manage customer’s feedback
- Maintain neat eating, serving areas and toilet cleanliness
- Explain menu items to customers and make suggestions when necessary
- Improve customer satisfaction and sales
Requirements
- Able to work on weekends & PH
- Six days workweek
- Able to work on rotating shift till 3am
