Our client is a respectable and established Technology Integrator with strong business in Cyber Security, Infrastructure and Network capabilities.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage the document review process, including collating comments from all reviewing parties and ensuring proper follow-up to the review comments.
- Oversee installation, replacement, upgrade of infrastructure system including coordination with all stakeholders (contractors, site owners, end users).
- Liaise with the contractors to monitor and update the programme and work schedule.
- Prepare regular project and test summary reports for progress reporting.
- Manage the administrative activities of the project, including coordinating meetings, preparing meeting records and drafting letters for issuance.
Position Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Engineering, IT or the related field.
- Atleast 2-years experience in Cyber Security, Network, Infrastructure, Systems installation, support and site management.
- Project Management and/or Project Coordination experience essential, able to deal with various contractors, resources and internal team.
- Proficient in programme planning software such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Data Management.
- Ability to work as a team, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be expected to travel regularly between office and sites.
