- Coordinating user requirements between users, workgroups and projects consultants from planning and approval to execution, as well as scheduling and documenting the various meetings.
- Update and track development and upgrading projects assigned, project schedule and activities for submission, authorities and internal planning purposes & etc.
- Attending meetings and discussions with the Consultants and involve in review of all design proposals, hospital planning & etc. with special focuses on patient care, functional efficiency, and safety requirements and assist users to plan, manage and integrate critical resources in order to develop the best solutions/practices in line with the business objectives and strategies.
