1880 is a members' club (part of 38 Degrees) in Singapore that is interested in inspiring conversations that change the world. Combining a social club, co-working space, and an evolving calendar of events including discussions, parties, DJ nights, wellness sessions, and corporate launches, we create catalytic moments that stimulate both the intellect and the senses.
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact of Singapore employees and line managers on employment matters
- Prepare and review forms and letters (Contract, employment letters, etc)
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll - 100+ headcount
(Cross-check time attendance with operations roster and HR system- check discrepancies with line managers, etc)
- Manage company foreign quota and passes (application, renewals, cancellations)
- Manage Insurance policies (Group health insurance, WICA/PL, D&O, etc)
- Work with finance team (Journal-entries, invoices, Audit, etc)
- Submission of CPF contributions, IR21, yearly tax filling for all employees
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience
- Well-versed with local employment laws, regulations, and practices
- Great written skills and able to converse with people of diverse level and cultural background
- Can-do attitude and an Independent worker
