Building on Arcc’s growth strategy in Asia, the Strategic Business Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key partners and institutional lenders in order to strengthen our presence and overall networks, through strategic initiatives and well-defined best practices.
With that in mind, the Successful Candidate
· Manage key relationships in the region, and build strategic alliances with partners to support the delivery of value-add services to our customers
· Develop best practices for relationship management and lead strategic initiatives in partnership building
· Contribute to the global/regional growth strategy and expansion planning
· Strengthen existing networks across the flexible workspace industry, and cultivate new relationships with key industry players
· Industry research – monitor market trends, research market, and competitors analysis to identify potential investment opportunities
· Develop pitches to institutional investors and potential partners\
· Maintain a pipeline of deals in the various markets/regions
· Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure deals are secured timely and to ensure performance of each project is aligned with approved returns
· Investment reporting to management and key stakeholders
What is expected?
· Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of investment/business development experience
· Highly numerate with sophisticated financial analysis skill set
· Extensive background in and strong understanding of commercial real estate, particularly working with investment groups and global industry players
· Strong time management skills and experience managing numerous deals simultaneously
· Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
· Excels under pressure; ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
· Able to travel
