The Job:
- Maintaining smooth operations of stores
- Provide personalized consultation and styling advice for customers
- Motivate team in delivering boutique KPIs and implementation of key initiatives
- Responsible in presenting merchandise desirably in accordance to suggested guidelines and maintaining a tidy store consistent with client expectations
- Identify training needs and assist in training and guidance of team member
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of retail or hospitality experience, demonstrating supervisory responsibilities in previous employment(s)
- Computer literate; familiarity using POS systems
