Responsibilities:
- Review contractor invoices for costing and prepare invoices for customers.
- Liaise with forwarders and overseas agents regarding incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare documentation for shipments.
- Monitor vessel arrivals and coordinate with haulers for cargo collection.
- Possess knowledge of Customs Export Cargo Declarations and Incoterms.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties or related tasks as assigned.
- Handle Customs Permit Declarations.
- Coordinate shipment arrangements with agents and consignees.
- Manage all activities related to the processing of shipments.
- Handle documentation and coordination to ensure smooth shipment operations and timely cargo collection.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and planning skills.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation.
- A sense of urgency in managing customers' requests.
