Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance work
- Attend to service requests from customers promptly
- Act as point of contact for all customer enquiries
- Carry out on-site equipment installation, testing and commissionin
- Conduct product demonstration to customers
- Liaise with principals or suppliers for spare parts
Requirements:
- Minimum Electronics Engineering / Information Technology or relevant
- Min 1 year of related experience
- Required to scheduled for on-call support rotation
- Software/ hardware support, troubleshooting, diagnostics and replacement / Network Configuration/ Level 1 desktop/ server support
