Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the end-user and technical solution team to implement solutions that align with the organization's business objectives.
- Study the current customer data architectures; data models, data integration, data architecture
- Work with cross-functional teams within the bank for application solution and integration.
- Provide consultation on performance enhancements and Provide COE Services to the customer
- Critical examination of requirements and understanding operations and systems.
- Create and modify procedures to solve problems considering technical capacity and limitations.
- Ability to provide technical support to all team members during project execution
- Manage the technical delivery within timeline and with quality.
- Manage change request and defect with release control.
- Manage project issues, user and vendor expectations.
- Ensure end-user satisfaction and meeting service level agreement.
Key Requirements:
- Expert knowledge in creating Test cases and Test scenarios, Defect Management to ensure the quality assurance and test to all the business requirements.
- Experience in using automation tool like Quick Test Professional (QTP) and Query Surge. Also developed in house automation tool to compare the data between heterogeneous databases and files.
- Good experience in developing SQL scripts to validate the database tables and reports data for backend database testing.
- Experience in data analysis and problem solving with large amounts of data
- Analyze client’s business requirements and process through the data analysis.
- Passionate on understanding and analyzing about the data flow and integrity between the data
- Hands on experience on Big data environment
- Passionate about finding the root cause analysis for the defects.
- Exposure to all stages of Testing Life Cycle and Software Development Life cycles.
- Have experience in testing reconcile (initial) and delta (daily) ETL loads.
- Good hands-on experience on SSRS report testing.
- Have knowledge in ETL Tools like Informatica and SSIS and SSAS.
- A skilful team player with excellent communication skills and has ability to work in a team and individual environment.
- Flexible and versatile to adapt to any new environment and work on any project in team
