Job Summary:
A reputable leader in the mobility industry, is actively seeking a New Business Senior Specialist. He/she will play a crucial role in the ideation, establishment, and management of new business initiatives to enhance a competitive edge in the market. This position includes project management, business analysis, and building business cases based on market needs, as well as handling administrative tasks such as contracts, agreements, and payment processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the strategic planning and execution of business initiatives, ensuring alignment with Toyota’s objectives. Manage project timelines, costs, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Market Research and Business Case Development: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth. Develop business cases by analysing data and market needs to support strategic decision-making.
- Financial Analysis: Develop financial models to evaluate business opportunities, performing detailed financial analysis and valuation to guide decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to drive project success and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Business Management: Establish a KPI management framework that covers regular performance reviews with existing businesses, reporting to the management team and subsequent follow-up.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks such as handling contracts, agreements, PR (Purchase Requisition) & PO (Purchase Order) processes and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth project execution.
- Other Value Chain Projects:Support other value chain projects within the team as needed, including M&A activities such as due diligence and integration processes.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, strategy, or corporate finance.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with expertise in feasibility studies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all levels of stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Possess good business acumen.
- Open to travel for business.
- Fresh graduates who fulfill the requirements and have a solid understanding of business and finance are welcomed.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid background in financial analysis, feasibility studies, and market research.
- Knowledge of project planning and management, as well as business/budget planning.
- Understanding of the automotive industry’s value chain is preferred but not necessary.
