Job Description
- Oversee the accounting and finance operations for real estate investment funds.
- Lead the APAC accounting and finance team to achieve business objectives, ensuring promptness, technical skill, and precision in reporting and operational functions.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and payment processes within the accounting and finance departments.
- Analyze financial data for funds, including monthly and quarterly property-level reports and quarterly fund-level summaries.
- Advise the team on strategies to improve working capital, liquidity, and cash flow.
- Support the accounting and operational components of acquisition and disposition activities.
- Manage year-end reporting and compliance requirements, including statutory audits.
- Assist with accounting and operational duties for new product launches
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with at least 10 years of real estate fund accounting experience
