Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the deputy to the General Manager, capable of fully, independently, and efficiently performing the responsibilities of this role.
- Responsible for business negotiations and project execution within the scope of assigned responsibilities, and manage all related tasks comprehensively.
- Assist the General Manager in the planning, formulation, implementation, and supervision of strategic projects.
- Oversee key projects' specific investments, development, and execution according to company requirements.
- Support the General Manager in operational management to enhance the company’s management levels.
- Actively participate in significant company decisions and continuously drive efficient company operations.
- Complete all assessment tasks assigned by the group company and the company itself, and improve the operational performance of the assigned business areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- More than 10 years of experience in shipping-related business, with at least 5 years of management experience in a large shipping company.
- Results-oriented with strong business acumen.
- Ability to adapt to a high-intensity, fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.(Need to communicate with China Headquarter in Chinese)
- Skilled in MS Office software.
