You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain qualified employees.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and professional associations.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Facilitate the selection process, including extending offers and negotiating employment terms.
- Manage recruitment metrics and report on recruitment activity.
- Stay informed about trends and innovative recruiting techniques in the industry.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing methods.
- Familiarity with social media, professional networks, and recruiting platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
