IT EXECUTIVE (OR SENIOR IT EXECUTIVE)

• Company: Reputable Japanese Entertainment & Gaming Organization (developing Mobile, Console/ PC, Card Games + Entertainment Events’ Management)
• Opportunity Nature: Permanent Employment
• Working Location: City Hall or Esplanade MRT (about 7 mins walk from these MRTs)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9.30 AM – 6 PM) [Fully Office, no WFH]
• [Can fix start work timing to be as earlier as 8.30 AM (if you would like to end work earlier)]

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Website Maintenance (main focus):

1. Planning/ scheduling & managing the development and maintenance for company websites, applications and systems
2. Maintaining website contents (via WordPress), updating banners/ news/ products/ events, etc.
3. Working closely with Marketing Team on Promotions, and Web Marketing Campaigns (to be published on the websites)
4. Liaising closely with Japan Teams to localize web contents, making changes to existing frameworks, translating wireframes into web codes, and come up with specifications

• IT Support (as and when only):

1. Procuring, setting-up and maintaining office (IT related) equipment, hardware and inventory.
2. Liaising with vendor on server maintenance, as and when applicable to.
3. Implementing IT System enhancements, & modifications
4. Onboarding, Offboarding, & Creation (Deactivation) of IT assets (for new joiners or resigned employees): Email, VPN, etc.
5. Providing basic IT support to internal employees, if required to

• Other relevant duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have website development, mark-up & maintenance working experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, & PHP, minimally 2 – 3 years.
• Able to utilize (or knowledgeable in using) Adobe Photoshop and Google Analytics
• Good Team Player with Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skillsets
• Comfortable and able to work on (some of the) weekends or Public Holidays (in case of company events)
• Advantageous to have, but “NOT a must have”: Proficient (N3 – N1) in Japanese language skills (to liaise with Japanese speaking associates from HQ, for work purpose)
