Hubble is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Executive Operations Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management and will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with our strategic goals.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and implement strategic operational plans in collaboration with the executive team.
Monitor progress toward organizational goals and drive initiatives to achieve them.
- Operational Efficiency:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Streamline workflows to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
- Executive Support:Provide comprehensive support to top executives, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel management.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other executive documents.
- Project Management:Lead and manage high-impact projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
Coordinate cross-functional project teams and manage resources effectively.
- Communication and Coordination:Facilitate communication between departments and ensure alignment with executive directives.
Organize and participate in executive meetings, including agenda preparation and minute taking.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze operational data to provide insights and recommendations to executives.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and compile operational reports.
- Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Identify and mitigate operational risks, and implement internal controls.
- Resource Allocation:Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including budgets, personnel, and technology.
Ensure efficient use of resources to achieve organizational objectives.
What we need from you
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with different business functions - operations management, sales, product, and finance. At least 3 years in a senior leadership role working with senior management.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in B2B Technology/Built Environment is highly desirable.
- Education: Excellent results with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- Skills:Proven track record of strategic planning and execution.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in excel modeling, creation of presentation slides, data analysis and reporting tools. Comfortable with common technology collaboration tools such as Hubspot, Asana, Confluence, Jira, Miro, Figma
Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
In-depth understanding of compliance and risk management.
