- Briefing and work receiving from executive.
- Maintain logs of HVAC and record Chillers, PAC,UPS and all floor temperature every two hours once and efficiently Operate.
- Water level are monitoring in cooling tower basin ,chemical dosing and measuring water PH and TDS records it.
- Cooling tower fan ,pumps and flow rate maintain efficiently Operate.
- Maintain of water pumps including Chiller, Condenser, AHU and all mechanical equipment whole building.
- Receive compliance from helpdesk/executive.
- Update of each compliance status to helpdesk/executive.
- Works to be followed correct tools and tackles as pre HSE and SOP
- All Mechanical and Hvac equipment’s water pumps including Chiller, Condenser, AHU ,PAC and ect to be checked. If Power failure/Power Dip/DG change over.
- Floor associate members to be counted after 7:30PM .
- Coordination with AMC vendor/other vendors, if schedule preventive maintenance/break down maintenance.
- Preventive maintenance to be carried out as per 52 weeks calendar(maximo Tool).
- Failure spares to be update to Executive engineer and follow-up.
- Initiative/modification to be carried out, if required.
- Treatment chemical usage and storing follow up as per HSE.
- Operation and maintenance all exhausts system.
