We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR generalist to join our organisation. Besides day to day HR transactional activities, you will be provided with opportunities to contribute to strategic HR planning and management. The officer will be reporting to the Assistant HR Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process which may include job ad posting, candidates screening, interview coordination and contract preparation.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and leaving employees.
- Ensure HR practices are in compliance with employment laws and regulations and recommend policy changes when necessary.
- Manage payroll processing and benefits administration in accordance to company policies.
- Support performance review process and work with managers to develop and implement performance plans.
- Assist management to address employees' concerns and grievances to foster a positive working environment.
Requirements
- Relevant Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to advise and interact with all levels of staff
- Strong team player and meticulous at work
- Able to start work at short notice / immediately is advantageous
