Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping: Assist with maintaining accurate financial records, including data entry, reconciliations, and transaction processing.
- Client Account Management: Support the management of client accounts, including invoicing, payment tracking, and responding to client inquiries.
- Financial Reporting: Help prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries for internal use and client distribution.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain financial documents and records, ensuring they are accurate and readily accessible.
- Office Administration: Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and handling correspondence.
- Compliance: Ensure that financial practices and documentation comply with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Support: Provide assistance to senior accountants and auditors as needed, including preparation for audits and tax filings.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- 1- 2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
