- Facilitation of pre and post tender administration, including provision of company documentation & negotiating with manufacturer and subcontractor in accordance to tender requirements and meeting stringent timelines.
- Work closely with managers and executives to undertake administration for contract proposal and ad hoc quotation.
- Request quotation and negotiation commercially with manufacturers and 3rd party vendors.
- Onboarding new manufacturers and vendors.
- Draft contract proposal to customer.
- Draft service agreement to equipment manufacturers and 3rd party vendors.
- Raise purchase requisitions to manufacturers and 3rd party vendors.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal business units to ensure seamless transition from conducting internal contract confirmation process to operations team.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal business units to ensure seamless transition from conducting internal project handover to operations team.
- Manage and update contract summary report and ad hoc quotation tracker sheet.
- Manage and update Internal Meeting minutes.
- Ensure documentation records and processes are align to IMS, BCM & ISO regulations requirements.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
