Key Responsibilities
- Handle project management reports including collection and billing reports and meeting minutes
- Prepare claims including identifying eligible claims, drafting project contracts, and compiling comprehensive claim documentation
- Negotiate claims and engage with all related stakeholders to resolve potential disputes
- Settle claims, ensuring proper documentation and tracking the payment process to ensure receipt of claim amounts
- Review certifications for all related stakeholders
- Verify, certify, and track payments to ensure compliance, correct delivery of goods, and appropriate payment stages
- Perform duties related to Building and Construction Authority (BCA) workhead requirements
- Utilize knowledge of AutoCAD for drafting purposes as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management and claims handling
- Strong understanding of claim processes and documentation
- Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain effective communication
- Able read on AutoCAD drafting
- Familiarity with BCA workhead duties and requirements
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with all regulations
