Responsibilities:
- Perform all treatments at an exceptional standard, as per the protocols and standards taught in training, whilst tailoring to the guest's specific needs
- Update own knowledge of products and treatment brand standards, outside of training
- Carry out an in-dept consultation with each guest prior to treatment, ensuring medical history and concerns are identified
- Maintain linen and product leves in the treatment roos, ensuring cabinets are stocked, clean and organised as per the spa standards
- Ensure aftercare recommendations are made at the end of every treatment, linking with guest concerns and offering to prepare products at reception for purchase
- Consistently record guest's preferences, accurately updating guest profiles and communication any relevant information to colleagues
- Perform treatments in a professional, hygienic and safe manner for all guests, updating knowledge and training regularly
- Responsible for the cleanliness, sterilisation and hygiene of all equipment, products and linens in the treatment and preparation areas, following the brand protocols
Requirements:
- Relevant certification in Spa Services
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work shift hours including weekends, and public holidays
