We're seeking an enthusiastic and organized Events Executive to plan, execute, and deliver exceptional events that leave a lasting impression. If you have a passion for events and a knack for building strong relationships, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
· Plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish
· Manage pre-event, event day, and post-event activities
· Coordinate logistics, procurement, and catering for physical events
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
· Support our sales team in driving business growth
· Ability to help customers enquiry via phone & short online Zoom/Teams
· Leverage social media platforms (LinkedIn, IG, Facebook) to promote events and engage audiences
Requirements:
· Diploma or degree holder
· Corporate events management experience (a plus!)
· Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
· Outgoing, energetic personality
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Familiarity with Canva and EDM design
