As a Warehouse and Events Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing our inventory, organizing warehouse operations, and providing support for various events. Your responsibilities will span from maintaining an organized warehouse to assisting with event logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Warehouse Management: Manage and maintain inventory.
Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure easy access to items and efficient storage.
Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies/fault.
Prepare inventory to be deployed out for events.
- Event Support: Assist in the setup and teardown of events, including arranging equipment, decorations, and materials.
Coordinate with account managers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and proper setup.
Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of inventory, delivery records, and event materials. Assist with preparing and processing documentation related to warehouse and event activities. Handle incoming and outgoing communication related to warehouse operations and events.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols and ensure the warehouse and event setups comply with safety regulations.
Report any hazards or safety concerns to management.
- Customer Service:Interact with clients and vendors in a professional manner.
Provide exceptional service and address any inquiries or issues promptly.
