OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (VALET)

1. Staff Management

• Supervision: Manage and supervise valet staff, including training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
• Training: Ensure all valet attendants are trained in customer service, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts or issues between staff members and between staff and customers.

2. Customer Service

• Guest Interaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by interacting with guests, addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Service Quality: Monitor and maintain service quality standards, ensuring that valet attendants provide courteous and efficient service.

3. Operations Management

• Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the valet service, ensuring that all vehicles are handled carefully and efficiently and report to Operations Manager.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage traffic flow in and out of the valet area, ensuring that vehicles are parked and retrieved quickly and safely.
• Equipment Management: Ensure that all valet equipment is maintained and functioning properly.

4. Safety and Compliance

• Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety procedures to protect staff, customers, and vehicles.
• Compliance: Ensure that valet operations comply with all relevant local regulations, company policies, and insurance requirements.

5. Relationship Management

• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the client or property management regarding valet operations.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors for services like uniform provision, equipment maintenance, or additional staffing needs.

7. Incident Management

• Incident Reporting: Handle any incidents involving damage to vehicles, theft, or other issues, ensuring that proper documentation and reporting are completed.

8. Continuous Improvement

• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in valet operations and implement changes to enhance efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
• Feedback Implementation: Gather feedback from customers and staff to continuously improve the valet service experience.

9. Technology Integration

• System Management: Oversee the use of valet management software and ensure that it is being used effectively by staff.
• Data Analysis: Use data from software systems to analyse performance metrics and make informed decisions.

REQUIREMENTS'

1. Minimum 4 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in Operations is required in this role
2. Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualifications is required in this role
3. Minimum 5 years of Class 3 drivers' licence
4. Excellent leadership and decision making skills
5. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Detailed-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality
8. Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast paced work environment
9. Performs other job related functions as and when required by Operations Manager
10. Able to work on PH and Weekend
11. Able to work staggered hours
