Field Technical Support Manager

The Field Technical Support Manager will oversee the technical support towards the regional contracts assigned to him/her. He/She shall ensure fleet Configuration management in line the different aircrafts in the fleet and OEMServices pool and will lead the Reliability management and oversee corrective actions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact and cultivate successful customers relationship with their technical department.
  • Ensure to meet contractual requirements and customers satisfaction.
  • Define stock configuration depending on your customer’s fleet.
  • Provide visibility to the OEMS operational team on the PN evolution and possible interchangeability.
  • Propose, set up and follow modification campaigns.
  • Ensure Reliability follow up & analysis.
  • Set up and oversee specific maintenance program.
  • Lead technical review meetings with the customers.
  • Analyze & support KAM on technical and commercial issues.
  • Support procedure development within the department.
  • Ensure good practices and support internal training.
  • Support the team locally (Technical training, commercial BID…)
  • Promote OEMServices Technical Support towards customers & suppliers.
  • Execute and roll out OEMS’ strategy.
  • Be the point of liaison between France HQ and Singapore Asia office for effective communication of customer needs and collaborations with internal teams.


Quality standards:

  • Ensure actions in line with the improvement process.
  • Write up & edit supporting documents and ensure their implementation.
  • Be an actor of the environmental approach.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree/Master Degree in aeronautical, Aviation or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years in aviation/aerospace industry or in similar role with proven track records on supporting airlines/corporate companies with OEM repair stations.
  • Experience in OEM activities and related products are required.
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in client driven deadline environment
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, matrix environment
  • Ability to speak French is an added advantage; to act as point of liaison between French counterparts in France head office and Asia office.
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills is preferred.
  • Ability to travel where necessary.
