Job Responsibilities:

- Report regularly to management on project status, challenges, and milestones.
- Implement and maintain safety and quality protocols throughout the project duration.
- Handle conflict resolution and problem-solving related to staff and project dynamics.
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to the professional development of staff.
Requirements:
- At least a Degree in Engineering
- Min 3 years of experience in relevant industry
