- To manage and handle property transactions till completion.
- Able to handle CPF submission
- Liaise with clients, banks and all interested parties.
- With at least 3 years experience preferred.
- Good Inter-personal skill and a team player to work within a team of conveyancing secretaries and lawyers.
- Meticulous, eye for detail and good time management.
- Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
- Possess the usual secretarial skills appropriate to your experience.
- Ability to speak mandarin is an advantage.
